Beer truck catches fire on I-94, some alcohol “lost” in incident
A beer truck caught fire Friday morning on Interstate 94 at the 22 mile marker, which is in the Porter and Burns Harbor area.
Firefighters were sent to a report of a fully-engulfed trailer shortly before 10:30 a.m. They extinguished the fire. There was a report of some of the beer “spilling.”
Indiana State Police also responded to the fire.
Apparentl;y the fire on the beer truck was a smalll thing; but clearing out the cops and fireman took until almost rush hour.
So many straight lines; so little time . . .
I gotta remember not to post to the blog with a cold one next to me.
