President Narcissist, the Do-Nothing President of the 21st Century, will give a speech that’s a week late about a subject everyone already knows about to promise an inadequate amount of troops for a mission he doesn’t actually understand and doesn’t fully support. He will give this speech while standing in front of thousands of West point Cadets in hopes that we’ll forget Obama has never served his country in the military and also in hopes that we won’t think he’s the wimp of the new millenium.
And to give this speech he’s going to bump one of the best-loved Christmas specials of the last 50 years for his amazing neo-marxist sleight of hand:
A Charlie Brown Christmas.
President Barack Obama …
… is slated to deliver a prime-time address on Tuesday night in which he’ll lay out his plans for the American war in Afghanistan. The address before the United States Military Academy at West Point on Tuesday night will not only be used to announce the immediate order to deploy roughly 30,000 more troops, but the administration will also use the occasion to convey how it intends to turn the fight over to the Kabul government, the New York Times reported.
But the administration may also face an unforeseen enemy as it lays out its long-awaited plans. And they are loud and they are legion: We’re talking about preschoolers and their parents.
That’s because ABC-TV was scheduled to present its annual screening of “A Charlie Brown Christmas” at 8 p.m. tomorrow night. And we don’t know about you, but that show is pretty sacrosanct around our house and not to be trifled with lightly.
Honestly, this may be the signal greatest mistake of the Obama Presidency. People will be talking about how “Obama Bumped “A Charlie Brown Christmas for years and tens of years.
I certainly will. Heartless Bastard.
I want you to think about this. Th Narcissist President is going to bump the last regularly scheduled network television program that not only openly discusses religion, but quotes the Bible in it’s program.
The Book of Luke, specifically.
The Left can argue George W. Bush may have been stupid, but even Bush wasn’t THIS stupid and blithely contemptuous of tradition.
